Since 1985, the Tri-Town YMCA has been offering Y’s Kids Programs, a safe before and after school alternative, for children to attend, while their parents are at work or continuing their education. Our programs are available Monday – Friday, during the school year, to children who attend School Districts 44 and 45.

Both Jr. Y’s Kids and Y’s Kids are offered in 7-week sessions

 

Y’s Kids
Before and After School Program (Kindergarten – 5th Grade)
Y’s Kids provides FUN ACTIVITIES in a safe and secure environment. Y’s Kids objectives are:
To provide a 5-day per week diversified program of social development and recreation.
To help children develop in spirit, mind and body.
To help children learn and demonstrate the values of caring, citizenship, trustworthiness, fairness, respect and responsibility.

Swimming Lessons for Y's Kids Participants

The Tri-Town YMCA is collaborating with the Elmhurst YMCA to offer swimming lessons for Y's Kids participants. Swimming lessons are available at the Elmhurst YMCA at the Elmhurst YMCA member rates. All programs are held at Manor Hill School. A minimum number of participants are needed to run the program. Advanced registration is required. Registration is accepted only at the YMCA office.
